Why nothing has worked so far

You have been treating this like a willpower problem. It never was one.

It's 1 AM. The replay loop is running. Conversations from today, worries about tomorrow, going on their own long after you wanted them to stop.

Tired but wired. The body has had enough, the mind is still scrolling, and the morning arrives before the rest does.

You've tried the apps. Ten-minute timers, soothing voices, forty-seven-day streaks that ended on day six. You blamed yourself when they didn't hold.

Being present is the hard part. With your family, in the meeting, at dinner. You're there, and somewhere else entirely.

A racing mind is not something you out-stubborn. Trying harder is what everyone tries first, and it is exactly why nothing has held. There is a way this actually works, and one morning is enough to see it.

What the morning actually does

Not a talk about meditation. A morning where you actually do it.

Three simple steps, one hour, all of it with her. The middle one is the reason people stay to the end.

Understand it

What is actually happening when your mind won't stop, and what keeps it running. Lifestyle, lost balance, attention pulled in six directions. Dr. Sonali explains it in plain language, the way someone trained in science, psychology and clinical hypnotherapy can. No mysticism, no jargon.

First aid, and you'll try it with her

Around twenty minutes in, she stops explaining. Close your eyes, do this with me. Ninety seconds of something you can use tonight at 1 AM, before a difficult meeting, on a Sunday evening when the week ahead presses in.

Then feel it stop

The guided practice. Fifteen minutes, led live, everyone on the call together. This is the part no video gives you and no description replaces. You don't take her word that it works, you find out.

Come properly

Headphones, a room with a door, and one hour nobody interrupts. Half-watching on a laptop while the Sunday household happens around you is the one way to get nothing out of this.

How to experience Kunjikaa Meditation, free, for two days

The opportunity for attendees, explained. Then NidraAnanda arrives on WhatsApp for everyone who was in the room, and you are off into your Sunday.

Bonus · only if you attend live

The hour ends at 10. What you take home doesn't.

NidraAnanda, for your nights

Struggling with sleepless nights? This one is for the night after. A guided sleep meditation by Dr. Sonali, from her sleep programme of the same name, arrives on WhatsApp after the session. Headphones on, lights off, press play.

Two free days of Kunjikaa Meditation

You may get the opportunity of free entrance to the Kunjikaa Meditation programme for two days: meditating live with Dr. Sonali, alongside her current students, to experience it for yourself. How that works is explained in the session itself.

Both are for people who are in the room live, not for replay viewers. That is deliberate: the morning works if you are in it.

Your teacher

A teacher who had to rebuild her own mind first

Dr. Sonali Mishra grew up in Haridwar and Rishikesh, where contemplation came before conversation. But credentials and upbringing didn't spare her. She has been through depression herself, and meditation was not an escape but the disciplined path back. She eventually left a career in science to teach this full-time. Kunjikaa is the method she built from that return: ancient practice, structured through science, psychology and clinical hypnotherapy, taught in a way modern minds can actually use.

A fair warning

This session is not for everyone

Come if…

  • Your mind runs long after the day ends, and you want to understand why, not just mask it
  • You've tried apps and videos, and you suspect the missing piece is a real teacher, live
  • You want practice explained rationally. Science and tradition together, nothing taken on faith
  • You can give one hour your full attention. Door closed, headphones on, phone in another room

Skip it if…

  • You're looking for a magic fix that asks nothing of you. The method works, but it is a practice
  • You plan to keep it on in the background while you answer email. The guided practice needs you present
  • You collect free webinars the way others collect tabs. This seat should go to someone who'll use it
Questions, answered plainly

Everything else you'd want to know

Is it really free?

Yes, completely free. Nothing to pay before, during or after the session. Towards the end, Dr. Sonali introduces the 21-day Kunjikaa Meditation programme, and attendees may get the opportunity to experience it free for two days. The teaching and the guided practice are complete in themselves either way.

Will her current students speak during the session?

Yes. People currently in the programme come on to speak about their own experience, in their own words. Some of them speak about it devotionally, because that is how they have come to it. You do not have to share that register to get everything out of the morning. Plenty of them are there for the practice and nothing else.

I have never meditated. Will I keep up?

Yes. The session assumes nothing at all. Complete beginners are exactly who it's built for, and if you have practised before, the explanation of why it works will likely be new to you.

What language is the session in?

A simple mix of Hindi and English, the same conversational style as Dr. Sonali's videos. If you understand everyday Hindi or everyday English, you will follow everything.

What if I can't make it live? Is there a recording?

A replay link goes to registered attendees for 24 hours afterwards. But be honest with yourself. The guided practice is the point of the morning, and watching a recording of other people doing it is not the same thing. If you can be there live, be there live. And the bonuses go only to people who attended live, not to replay viewers.

Do I get the bonuses if I only watch the replay?

No. The bonuses go only to people who attend the session live. One is a guided sleep meditation by Dr. Sonali, from her NidraAnanda sleep programme, delivered on WhatsApp after the session. The other is the opportunity of free entrance to the Kunjikaa Meditation programme for two days, to experience it before deciding anything. If sleepless nights are part of why you are reading this page, that is one more reason to be in the room at 9 AM rather than watching a replay at midnight.

What is the Kunjikaa Meditation programme?

Her 21-day live programme: guided practice with Dr. Sonali every weekday, morning and evening, online and in person at the Gurugram centre, with recordings if you miss a day. It builds week by week, from breathwork into deeper meditation. In the session she walks through exactly how it works, and attendees may get the opportunity to experience it free for two days before deciding anything.

Is this religious?

The method is rooted in yogic tradition and Dr. Sonali is open about that lineage rather than hiding it. But nothing is asked of your beliefs. Every practice is explained in terms of what it does in the body and mind, and people of every background, and of none, practise in her batches.

Who is this not suitable for?

The practices are gentle: breath and guided awareness. If you are currently under psychiatric care or in treatment for a serious condition, meditation can sit alongside that care but is not a replacement for it. Do check with your clinician first. This page makes no medical claims, and Dr. Sonali will tell you the same on the day.

What happens after I register?

You get a WhatsApp confirmation with the session link, then two reminders. One the evening before, one three hours ahead with a note about headphones and a quiet room. No spam, no daily broadcasts. Your number is used for this session only, unless you choose otherwise.
